The Automated Capabilities and Equipment (ACE) database further enhances the Lifeline ICBRNE System by adding the ability to correlate and manage related assets, their calibration and the training of its users. In conjunction with an instrument alarm Responders can now assure that the equipment was calibrated and its user received the proper training in the use of the instrument or asset. ACE further tracks equipment usage, training and maintenance through an automated escalating notification E-mail tool.

ACE is the result of a collaborative effort between Safe Environment Engineering, the Southern California Consortium of Technical Responders, the 9th Civil Support Team, California Emergency Management Agency and most recently, in support of the Secure the Cities (STC) program, the City of Los Angles, Domestic Nuclear Detection Office and the Southern California Radiologic Intake Center
